Greetings 5K Participants!
Ohio Valley Hospital and Kennedy Township’s 5K kicks off on Saturday, May 16th at 8:00a.m.; rain or shine. Did you know our race started off as a 10K…almost thirty-four years ago?

If you have a comment, picture, or story to share about your own OVH and Kennedy Township 5K race experience, please e-mail me, and I’ll put them up on our Facebook page! There’s plenty of time to sign up for this year’s challenging course. Just head to www.active.com! This link should take you right there, but just in case, our race is listed under Ohio Valley Hospital in Kennedy Township.
We will once again offer pre-registration bag pick-up at Elite Runners and Walkers on Steubenville Pike Thursday and Friday before the race. Our timing service, Miles of Smiles, will have the popular disposable timing chips this year.
For this year’s 5K, be sure to use the hashtag #5KfortheHillofit when posting pictures on social media; we’ll be sure to retweet them and add them onto our page’s as well.
