The Pittsburgh Opportunity & Entrepreneurship Summit was held in McKees Rocks by members of the White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council Feb. 10.
The summit brought together civic leaders, community stakeholders, business owners and entrepreneurs to discuss best practices for revitalization, Opportunity Zone investments, and collaboration at all levels of government and business.
Additionally, the U.S. Small Business Administration will be returning to our community offering future programming designed to help small businesses position themselves for growth and to access the capital needed to facilitate and sustain that growth.
MRCDC Executive Director Taris Vrcek was a panel member who spoke about opportunity zone prospects in the Sto-Rox area.
